Sec. 8-176 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CERTAIN
ANNEXATION AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF
PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS, AND CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNERS
IN THE PLAINFIELD ACRES SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, Annexation Agreements, true and exact copies of
which are attached hereto as Exhibit "A" , and by reference
thereto incorporated herein: nave beeri submitted to the corporate
authorities of the Village U:_ Plainfield by various property
owners in the Plainfield A.r :.; Subdivision, which property and
owners are specifically described in said Exhibit "A" ; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the corp6r ate
authorities of the Village of Plainfie.i.d, after r ublic its on
notice upon the proposed annexation agraaments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, AS FOLLOWS:
Sec. 8-176-1: That the President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the attached
Annexation Agreements, incorporated herein as
Exhibit "A" , for and on behalf of the Village of
Plainfield, Illinois.
That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval as required by law.
This Ordinance shall be numbered as Ordinance No. 1415
