WHEREAS, Tt has been determined that i't is now necessary to appropriate more
money than was: appropriated in the annual budget; NOR, THEREFORE:
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the. Common Council of the City of Richmond, Wayne,
County, Indiana, that for the expenses of said muni'ci'pal corporation the follow-

COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF_RICHMOND, INDIANA
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session
In the Council Chambers in the Municipal Building of said City rJuly
19, 1976 , at the hour of 7:30 P.M.

The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the
Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation to the City of
Richmond, Indiana, on the dates of JulY 9 and 16
Said notices stated that a public hearing would be held on 1 ay o
by the Common Council to consider additional appropria-

Richmond, Indiana. The proof of publication and posting of notices were
examined and found to be correct and in order. Councilman _ Q
moved the proof of publication and posting of notices be reeved and o tiered
filed, seconded by. Councilman Paust and on voice vote the motion
was carried.
The Clerk read on second reading Ordinance No. 093 8,1976 .
Counci'1man Elstro moved for engrossment of Ordinance No. 3098-1976, seconded by
Councilman Faust and on unanimous vof�ce vote the motion was carried.
Councilman Carter moved to suspend the rules and place Ordinance No. 3098-1976
on tii'ilrd reading by title only, seconded by Councilman Paust and on unanimous
yoi,`ce�,vete tCe motion was, carried.
After hearing all persons present, Ordinance No. 3098-1976 was placed on
final passage or rejection and on a call of the r"off 1he-7611 Ing was recorded:
