AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 255 OF THE
GREENCASTLE CODE TO ESTABLISH A
PERSONNEL POLICY
BE IT ORDAINED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GREENCASTLE, INDIANA:
SECTION. 1. Chapter 255 of the City of Greencastle Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
CHAPTER 255
PERSONNEL POLICY
(ATTACHED)
SECTION 2. REPEALS.
All other ordinances, resolutions, or parts thereof in conflict
with the provisions and intent of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This ordinance shall have an effective date of January 1, 1991.
THIS ORDINANCE was passed and adopted this 8th day of January,
1991.
