COMPENSATION: The Consultant shall be paid all direct project ex- penses up to, but no more than, $4,500 necessary to perform :he Consulting Service. (Please see the attached Expenses Estimate.) INVOICES: The Consultant shall submit expense invoices to the Village Manager on a monthly basis. PAYMENTS: The Villace of Key Biscayne shall pay the Consult- ant :he full amount of each invoice within thirty (3T calendar days of the invoice date.
