PURCHASE ORDER PROPOSAL

CONSULTING The Consultant shall provide the following meeting
SERVICE: assistance and report summaries regarding the po-
tential Key Biscayne Community Center.
* Participate in three (3) Planning Meetings.
* Facilitate two (2) Public Input Forums.
* P renare two `2 ) Public =nput Forum Summaries.
COMPENSATION: The Consultant shall be paid all direct project ex-
penses up to, but no more than, $4,500 necessary to
perform :he Consulting Service. (Please see the
attached Expenses Estimate.)
INVOICES: The Consultant shall submit expense invoices to the
Village Manager on a monthly basis.
PAYMENTS:
The Villace of Key Biscayne shall pay the Consult-
ant :he full amount of each invoice within thirty
(3T calendar days of the invoice date.
EFFECTIVE The of Key Biscayne shall issue a Purchase
DATES: Orcer for the above Consulting Services effective
from November 15, 1996 to January 31, 1997.
