AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND PROJECT
THE SUM OF TWENTY SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($26,100.00) FROM S-13
RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT ($1,000.00), S-27 STREET, ALLEY, CURBS AND SIDEWALKS
($12,IgO.00), S-35 MOTOR EQUIPMENT ($13,000.00) TO S-7 TELEPHONE AND
TELEGRAPH ($1,000.00), 3-8 ELECTRIC CURRENT ($7,000.00), S-12 REPAIRS
OF EQUIPMENT ($2,500.00), S-16 LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING ($5,000.00),
S-17 FUEL OIL ($2,000.00), S-20 TIRES AND TUBES ($2,100.00), S-21 OTHER
GARAGE AND MOTOR SUPPLIES ($4,000.00), S-29 PARTS OF EQUIPMENT ($2,500.00).
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate
more money than was appropriated in the annual budget; NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Wayne County, Indiana, that for the expenses of said Municipal Corporation
the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered
set apart out of the several funds herein named and for the purposes herein
specified, subject to the laws governing the same:
