Dear Mr. Shaw:
My review is limited to drainage issues and land disturbing activities. |have not attempted to duplicate the
work of the Planning Commission or City staff with regard to oetbaohe, density, zoning, tree protection or
subdivision regulation issues.
It is my understanding that the new brick paver driveway will be in the same footprint as the existing gravel
drive. The existing stone base remaining beneath the new pavers does not give me concern. The average
permeability should meet requirements in the City's driveway related ordinances.
Within the scope ofmydesign review, tothe best ofmyknowledge and belief, itismyopinion the proposed
work complies with the drainage requirements of the Land Development Code of the City ufTybeeIsland.
Any recommendations do not relieve the project of the requirement to obtain any other required permits,
approvals, etc.., by the GA D.O.T. or other govemmental body or authority having jurisdiction over any
portion ofthis project.
