house he had planned on but was looking for'another to move on to his
land. Also that he now wants to put the house between his present
home and the Archie Daeon property. The chairman said the Council
had indicated that they were opposed to any re -zoning of the land
or even seecial use permits on #65, however in Jordanl s case with his
land on #9 they felt that his area was not developing very fast
commercially and that the horse would not be a deeerrent feature if
someone did grant to buy the land in that area for commercial uses.
Dykhoff pointed out that Jordan would have to elat the lot before
receiving a. permit. Jordan said he intended to comply with the

ordinances but before going ahead with the paper work wanted some
indication of whether or not he would get a permit.
J. Adams said he had no objection to the perat since Bost of the
area was already residential in use of not in zoning. Oykhoff
said he had no objection either but felt it should be pointed out
again that this area is commercially zoned and Jordan wight be de-
valuating is property by putting another house on it, but on the
other hand, if a house could be noved in it could also emoved out
if the land were sold for commercial use. U. Kohnen agreed with the
others in not objecting to the permit.
The Chairman said ne felt that they should see a i]at of the land
he wanted the house to o on and that tne commission should look
over the property. They also, he said, have to consider the text
that d116 mignt souie day be extended and that the extension would
be on his property line. He said Jordan should check with the
County Surveyor as to now much roadway would be required for this
road and if it would be going through in the near future.
