AN ORDINANCE FIXING SALARIES FOR APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF'THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1977
AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1977 AND APPROVING THE ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION
TO CERTAIN APPOINTED OFFICIALS OF THE CITY, OTHER THAN GOVERNMENTAL, WHO
PERFORM SERVICES FOR THE CITY, WHICH SERVICES ARE CONNECTED WITH THE
OPERATION OF MUNICIPALLY -OWNED UTILITY OR FUNCTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana:
SECTION 1.: That for the Fiscal year beginning January 1, 1977, and
ending December 31, 1977, the following Appointed Officers and Employees
of the City of Richmond, Indiana shall receive the following salaries:

SECTION 2. Be it further ordained that such salaries be provided for, as
herein above set forth, in the budget for the City of Richmond, Indiana
for the year 1977..
SECTION 3. Be it further ordained that the payment of additional compensation
to Certain Appointive Officials of the City of Richmond, Indiana who perform
services for the City other than Governmental, which are connected with the
operation of Municipally -owned utilities or functions, the same as determined
and fixed by the administrative authority in control of the operation of said
utilities or function, and after being duly approved by the Mayor, is hereby
