The above times listed are approximate. If additional time is needed, the client will be notified. Payment is due in full within 30 days of receipt of invoice. 18% interest will he charged for late payments. Should collection activities be warranted, client shall be responsible for all related expenses including, but not limited to, attorney's fees and court costs. Attorney's fees shall be awarded to the prevailing party for any dispute arising from the parties. The undersigned states that they are the owner or agent of the above mentioned property and that they give expressed permission to enter said property and the property is free and clear of any hidden defects or dangers.
