AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF A PORTION OF RICH ROAD IN THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, TO N.W. 11TH STREET.
WHEREAS, a portion of Rich Road extends south and east from its
intersection with N.W, V Street and intersects with N.W. llth
Street, and,
WHEREAS, there is considerable confusion and difficulty involved
with locating and identifying commercial and industrial busi-
nesses in this area.
NOW THEREFORE, Be it Ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, that:
SECTION 1.
Pursuant to Title 18, Article 1.5 Indiana Code, the name of
the portion of Rich Road connecting N.W. llth Street and
N.W. V Streets shall be changed to N.W. llth Street.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
