AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF THE PRESENTLY EXISTING NORTH14EST "V"
STREET IN THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, TO RICH ROAD.
WHEREAS, Northwest "V" Street presently commences at the intersection
of Williamsburg Pike, and extends west to its intersection with
Rich Road, and,
WHEREAS, there is considerable confusion and difficulty involved with
locating and identifying commercial and industrial businesses in
this area.
NOW THEREFORE, Be it Ordained by the Common Councilof the City of
Richmond, Indiana, that:
SECTION 1.
Pursuant to Title 18, Article 1.5 of the Indiana Code, the name
of what is presently known as Northwest "V" Street in the City
of Richmond, Indiana, be changed to Rich Road.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval by the Mayor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Comm Council of th.City of Richmond,
