AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN, THE PARKS AND RECREATION BUDGET THE SUM OF
THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($3,480.00) FROM P24 REPAIR OF EQUIPMENT
($600.00), P61 RECREATION EQUIPMENT ($1,000.00), P44 BITUMINOUS MATERIALS
($1,200.00), P24 REPAIR OF EQUIPMENT ($600.00) TO P33 OTHER GARAGE AND MOTOR
SUPPLIES ($600.00) P35 RECREATION SUPPLIES ($1,000.00), P38 PARK SUPPLIES
($1,200.00) AND P45 REPAIR PARTS ($600.00).
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of
the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money
for various functions of the City Government than was appropriated to the
annual budget.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Wayne County, Indiana, that for the expenses of said municipal corporation
the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered
set apart out of the several funds herein named and for the purposes herein
specified, subject to the laws governing the same:

SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations
now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes
for which appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing
appropriations be reduced in the following amounts:

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ,from and after
its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State
of Indiana governing emergency appropriations.
