HomeMy Public PortalAbout3150-1976- TRANSFER WITHIN THE GENERAL FUNDORDINANCE NO. 3150-1976 AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) FROM I-9 SUBSCRIPTIONS AND DUES, CITY ATTORNEY TO I-7 STATIONERY AND PRINTING, CITY ATTORNEY. WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to transfer more money than was appropriated in the annual budget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA; SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby transferred and ordered set apart out of the several appropriations herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND, DEPARTMENT OF LAW I-7 STATIONERY AND PRINTING $100.00 $100.00 TOTAL $100.00 $100.00 SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts. GENERAL FUND, DEPARTMENT OF LAW I-9 SUBSCRIPTIONS AND DUES $100.00 $100.00 TOTAL $100.00 $100.00 SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing emergency appropriations.
