City Council Organizational Meeting Minutes, January 3, 2022
Clerk of Council Jan LeViner called the City Council Organizational Meeting to order at 10:00AM. Those present were Mayor Shirley Sessions, Mayor pro tem Barry Brown, Spec Hosti, Monty
Parks, Brian West, and Shawn Gillen, City Manager.
Ms. LeViner asked Spec Hosti, Monty Parks and Brian West to step forward and take the Oath of Office as stated the in City Charter. The Oath was administered.
Mayor Sessions approached the podium to give a brief statement of welcome to the
