Meeting Minutes

Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Cassidi Kendrick at 1:00PM
Old Business
Main Street Meet Up- The committee is making great progress for planning the first Main Street
Meet Up at TS Chus on Tuesday, March 8th. It was discussed that the next meet ups could take
place in May and September.
Special Event Application- The committee is going to review the application in depth and will
discuss it at the next committee meeting.
New Business
Brochure- The committee liked the design, Charissa recommended a printer to use. The
committee discussed where the brochures could be distributed to (hotels, rentals, airport, visitors
center, etc.)
Billboard Program- The committee liked the set up of the program, it was discussed that in the
future, depending on business participation, we could possibly secure a second billboard to give
more businesses the opportunity to advertise with the program.
Job Fair- The committee discussed and set a date for the Tybee Island Job Fair. Event will take
place on April 7th, 3-6PM at the Guard House. The committee has split up calling businesses to
start a list of participating businesses.

Irish Heritage Parade- March 12th, 3:00PM
