APPOINTING A MUNICIPAL JUDGE
FOR THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Municipal Judge in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that
ALLEN COMBA
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Municipal Judge, effective January 1, 2004,
term to expire December 31, 2006.
Adopted this 1st day of January, 2004
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 2, 2004.
