AN ORDINANCE:
AMENDING CHAPTER 12.1 OF THE TOWN CODE REGARDING REVISED PAY
AND CLASSIFICATION PLAN TO ADD A RECREATION SUPERVISOR
POSITION
WHEREAS, a Recreation Supervisor position is requested to be added to the staff of the Parks and
Recreation Department in order to maintain the level and q,_mllty of recreation programming local citizens
expect and deserve; and
WHEREAS, a highly q, mli~ed summer intern has expressed a career interest in becoming a
permanent staff member of Ida Lee Recreation Center:
THEREFORE, ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Vir~nis as follows:
SECTION I. Section 12.1-10 of the Town Code, classification of town employees by occupational
group and pay grades, is amended to read as follows:
