AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE NUMBER OF POLICE RESERVES OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA.
WHEREAS Indiana Code 19-1-17.5-1 authorizes the existence of reserve policemen,
and requires that the number of police reserves be fixed by ordinance passed by
City Council:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
as follows:
SECTION 1. The number of reserve policemen of the City of Richmond, Indiana, be,

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, this
