AN ORDINANCE:
AMENDING CHAPTER 12.1 OF THE TOWN CODE REGARDING REVISED PAY
AND CLASSIFICATION Pka_N TO RECLASSIFY THE ZONING OFFICER
POSITION TO ASSISTANT ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, administration of zoning permits is increasing at a rapid rate; and
WHEREAS, as a result of the town's growth, additional duties and responsibilities have been
assigned to the current zoning technician; and
WHEREAS, recruitment is underway for a new zoning technician:
THEREFORE, ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. Section 12.1-10 of the Town Code, classification of town employees by occupational
group and pay grades, is amended to read as follows:
