NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD
PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS
On Tuesday evening December 17, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Plan
Commission of the Village of Plainfield in the Village Hall Board Room, 24401 W. Lockport Street,
Plainfield, Illinois, to consider a petition for special use permit to allow a Planned Unit Development on the parcels generally located at the southwest corner of Renwick Road and US Route 30 as legally described below, in the Village of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois, as legally described below:
Parcel 1 (06-03-22-206-030-0000): Lot 1 In Avery Acres Unit Two, Being A Resubdivision Of Lot 2
In Avery Acres Unit One, Being A Subdivision Of Part Of The Northeast Quarter Of Section 22,
