WHEREAS, construction of Ida Lee Recreation Center is expected to be substantially complete
during the current fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, prior to opening the center to the public several essential tasks must be completed to
ensure an efficient and effective operations; and
WHEREAS, qualifed personnel have been selected to fill the Aquatics Coordinator and Recreation
Supervisor II positions on June 7, 1990; and
WHEREAS, recruitment has begun to fill the Aquatics Superivsor, Recreation Supervisor and Desk
Clerk positions prior to the end of the current fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, these positions are not included in the current town staffing plan.
THEREFORE, ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. Section 12.1-10 of the Town Code, classification of town employees by occupational
group and pay grades, is amended to read as follows:
