APPROVING SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPLICATION #SP.EX. 90-1 BY MILS.
ELIZABETH SECCOMBE
WHEREAS, Mrs. Elizabeth Seceombe has applied for approval of a special exception to allow an
existing garage, located at 102 Cornwall Street N.W., to be converted into an accessory dwelling unit; and
WHEREAS, a special exception is required to allow an accessory dwelling unit in the RH-D zoning
district in accordance with Article 11 of the Leesburg Zoning Ordinance; and
WI-IE~, the Town Council referred this application to the Plarming Commission for their
recommendation on May 9, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of Special Exception 90-1 on May
24, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council held a public hearing on this application on June 13, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the proposed use meets the general and specific review criteria set forth in the Zoning
Ordinance:
THEREFORE, ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia, as follows:
Special Exception application 90-1 is hereby approved.
