HomeMy Public PortalAbout1990_06_27_O018Lccs§urg in cVirginia PRESENTED June 27, 1990 ORDINANCE NO. 90-0-18 ADOPTED June 27, 1990 AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING CHAPTER 12.1 OF THE TOWN CODE REGARDING REVISED PAY AND CLASSIFICATION PLAN WHEREAS, each year the manager's office reviews the town's pay and classification plan for appropriate revisions required to maintain internal and external pay equity; and WHEREAS, the manager's recommendations have been discussed in detail at the Council's budget workshops; and THEREFORE, ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows: SECTION I. Section 12.1-10 of the Town Code, classification of town employees by occupational group and pay grades, is amended to read as follows: Sec. 12.1-10. Classification of town employees by occupational grouos and oar grades.
