APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD FOR THE
DISABLED FOR THE YEAR 2004
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret has created a Board for the
Disabled to consist of one member to be appointed by the Mayor, one member of the Council
to be appointed by the Council and five citizens of the municipality to be appointed by the
Council with staggered terms;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the following appointment be and is hereby made to the Board of
the Disabled for the year 2004:
Member FRANK ROCHE 12/31/2006
Councilmember SUSAN NAPLES 12/31/2004
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this 1st day of January, 2004
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 2, 2004.
