APPOINTING PUBLIC AGENCY COMPLIANCE OFFICER
FOR AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, the Affirmative Action Office, Department of the Treasury, requires each
municipality to designate a person to act as a liaison and to serve as a Public Agency
Compliance Officer for Affirmative Action; and
WHEREAS, said requirements are pursuant to P.L. 197C.127 (N.J.A.C . 17:27) Public
Contracts Law; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
GLORIA GOODRICH
is hereby appoimed Public Agency Compliance Officer for the Borough of Carteret for 2004.
Adopted this 1st day of January, 2004
and certified as a tree copy of the original
on January 2, 2004.
