APPOINTING CLASS 3 MEMBER TO THE PLANNING
BOARD OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, there exists a need for a Class III Member of the Planning Board; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55 D-23 and the Code of the Borough of Carteret,
Article 2, Section 160-5, said member is appointed by the Borough Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
COUNCILMEMBER RONALD RIOS
is hereby appointed to the Carteret Planning Board, term to expire 12/31/04.
Adopted this 1st day of January, 2004
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 2, 2004.
