I. Pledge of Allegiance
II. Call to Order; Roll Call
Mayor William Dory called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM; upon roll by Clerk
Treasurer Lynda Dunbar the following were present William Dory and Trudy
Selvia. Craig Tuggle absent
III. Special Requests
A. Sewage Leak Adjustment- BBRM Investments - $684.32- Motion by
Trudy Selvia to approve the sewage leak adjustment in the amount of
$684.32, second Bill Dory, 2-0, motion carried.
IV. Approval of Minutes
A. Regular Session — October 18, 2018
Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve October 18, 2018 regular session
minutes as presented, second by Bill Dory, 2-0, motion carried.
V. Approval of Claims
A. Water-Motion by Trudy Selvia to accept the Water Claims of $83,901.25
second Bill Dory, 2-0, motion carried
B. Wastewater-Motion by Trudy Selvia to accept the Wastewater Claims of
$81,666.51, second Bill Dory, 2-0, motion carried.

VII. Old Business
A. 2018 Grady Brothers Street Contract- Motion by Bill Dory to approve and
pay $818,715.66 for Claim 1 of Grady Brother 2018 Street Contract, second
by Trudy Selvia, 2-0, motion carried.
VIII. New Business
A. MS4 Agreement- DePauw- Motion by Bill Dory to approve the MS4
Agreement with DePauw as presented, second by Trudy Selvia, 2-0,
motion carried.
B. MS4 Agreement- Putnam County Soil and Water District- Motion by
Bill Dory to approve the MS4 Agreement with Putnam County Soil and
Water District as presented, second by Trudy Selvia, 2-0, motion carried.
C. Salt Purchase Agreement- Clark County- Motion by Trudy Selvia to
approve the Salt Purchase Agreement with Clark County as presented,
second by Bill Dory, 2-0, motion carried.
D. Indianapolis Road Inspection Contract- Motion by Trudy Selvia to
approve the Indianapolis Road Inspection and allowing Mayor Dory to sign
pending the approval of the Redevelopment Commission, second by Bill
Dory, 2-0, motion carried
E. Locust Street Engineering Contract- Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve
the Locust Street Engineering and allowing Mayor Dory to sign pending
the approval of the Redevelopment Commission to prove the matching
dollars and INDOT, second by Bill Dory, 2-0, motion carried
F. Project Updates-
• Storm water Grant Approved
• No Community Crossing Grant money in 2019
• Band shell almost complete
