ORDINANCE 28-2008
A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL
FROM 0-1, GREENBELT DISTRICT, TO R-4, MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 301 Greenbriar Drive
and legally described as follows, to wit:
1.13 acres in SW 1/4 Sec. 35-14-1
(Drawing attached as Exhibit A)
as a 0-1, Greenbelt District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
a R-4 Multi -Family Residential District in order to allow the owner to convert pool area
to residential home sites (Duplex Units).
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the
zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a R-4, Multi -Family Residential
District.
Passed and Adopted this day of 2008, by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana.
