2011 Wastewater Rate Change Proceeding
PREHEARING CONFERENCE REPORT
COMES NOW Robert A. Mueller, ("Robert Mueller"), and pursuant to Section 8
of the Procedural Rules and Section 3(9) of the Operating Rules, files his Preheating
Conference Report submitted in response to Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District's
("MSD") proposed wastewater rate increase as provided by MSD Staff on May 10, 2011. In
support of his Report, Robert Mueller states that he is in substantial agreement with the
Missouri Industrial Energy Consumers, ("MIEC") and the Barnes Jewish Hospitals, "(BJC")
Preheating Conference Reports submitted by their counsel respectively. Robert A. Mueller
fully supports and concurs with the findings of fact and recommendations set forth in both
MIEC and BJC Reports.
