To Whom It May Concern;
The Associated General Contractors of St. Louis wishes to make application for one of the open
positions on the MSD Rate Commission.
In the past, this Rate Commission position was held jointly with AGC of St. Louis and the SITE
Improvement Association. Since there is a last minute change in the status of the application for
the two groups, I respectfully ask that the December 1 application deadline be extended by one
week for any application that may be forthcoming from the SITE Improvement Association. It is
the opinion of AGC of St. Louis that multiple representations from the commercial construction
community would enhance the effectiveness of the Rate Commission process.
The Associated General Contractors of St. Louis represents over 450 commercial construction
related firms in the MSD service area. We look forward to a favorable reply to our continuing
service on the MSD Rate Commission.
