HomeMy Public PortalAboutExhibit MSD 62G Ordinance 13182Exhibit MSD 62G ORDINANCE NO. 13182 AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 12895, as adopted June 11, 2009, and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof, identifying and designating the Rate Commission Representative Organizations to serve on the Rate Commission of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. WHEREAS, Section 7.040, as amended, of said Charter establishes the Rate Commission of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and WHEREAS, Section 7.220, as amended, of said Charter provides that said Rate Commission shall consist of one representative from each of fifteen (15) organizations within the District, and WHEREAS, Section 7.230, as amended of said Charter provides that the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District shall, by ordinance, identify the Rate Commission Representative Organizations and shall state the term of years during which each such Rate Commission Representative Organization shall serve, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 12895, as adopted June 11, 2009, is hereby repealed. Section Two. The following organizations are hereby identified and designated as the Rate Commission Representative Organizations of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and shall serve as specified: FEBRUARY 1, 2007 — JANUARY 31, 2013 St. Louis County Municipal League Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis Missouri Industrial Energy Consumers St. Philip's Lutheran Church OPEN POSITION FEBRUARY 1, 2009 — JANUARY 31, 2015 Associated General Contractors (AGC) Regional Chamber & Growth Association West County Chamber of Commerce The Engineers' Club of St. Louis Greater St. Louis Labor Council FEBRUARY 1, 2011 —JANUARY 31, 2017 Cooperating School Districts Missouri Botanical Garden St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers The Human Development Corporation of Metropolitan St. Louis The League of Women Voters The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 2010.
