I have been informed by Mr. Willard Reeves that The Human Development Corporation
of Metropolitan St. Louis' membership on the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer Department
Rate Commission is scheduled to expire in January, 2011. Please accept this letter as
our indication that we are interested in remaining on the MSD Rate Commission.
The Human Development Corporation's mission is to work within the community with
