RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Goveming Body of the Borough of Carteret that the Mayor
be and is hereby authorized to negotiate and to execute on behalf of the Borough
Redevelopment Agreements in a form acceptable to the Borough Attomey.
