AMENDING SECTION 10-171 OF THE TOWN CODE TO PROVIDE FREE
PARKING AT MARKET STATION AND LIBERTY STREET PARKING LOTS
WHEREAS, the t~wn's fiscal year 1993 approved budget does not include revenue from metered
parking at Market Station and Liberty Street parking lots; and
WHEREAS, the town's citizen advisory groups have recommended free parking at Market Station
and Liberty Street lots to improve economic development opportunities in Leesburg:
THEREFORE, ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Section 10-171 of the Town Code is hereby amended to include the following changes:
This ordinance shall be in effect upon its passage.
