NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD
PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS
On Monday evening, December 16, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Village
Board of the Village of Plainfield in the Village Hall Board Room, 24401 W. Lockport Street,
Plainfield, Illinois, for the purpose of hearing and considering testimony regarding a request for an annexation agreement of approximately .99 acres into the Village of Plainfield for of the property located at 15719 S. Route 59. The subject parcel is identified as 06-03-15-301-101-0000, in Will
County, Illinois and legally described as follows:
Lot 9 In Unit No. 1 Of Plainfield Acres, A Subdivision Of Part Of The South 2,301 Feet Of The West
Half Of The Southwest Quarter Of Section 15, Township 36 North, Range 9 East Of The Third Principal Meridian, According To The Plat Thereof Recorded July 2, 1951 As Document No. 694112, In Plat Book 27, Page 55, In Will County, Illinois.
