AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING A
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION TO THE JEFFERSON CITY POLICE
DEPARTMENT AMENDING THE 2014-2015 ANNUAL BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXPENDITURE OF SUCH FUNDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby granted a supplemental appropriation within the
Jefferson City Police Department Budget in the amount $85,000.00 as outlined in
Exhibit A attached hereto.
Section 2. The City Administrator is authorized to utilize this money for the
purchase of In-Car Video Cameras using both Sales Tax F and Drug Forfeiture Funds.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
