CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2018-72
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM WILLIAM AND THELMA BRYSON
WHEREAS, The William and Thelma Bryson have generously offered to donate a check
in the amount of $500.00 (the "Donation") to the city of Medina (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated to Police Equipment Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to William
and Thelma Bryson for their generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the City accepts the Donation and thanks William and Thelma Bryson.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Cousineau
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Cousineau, DesLauriers, Martin, Pederson
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
