HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 63-325RESOLUTION NO. 63 -325 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISHING LIMITED BICYCLE PARKING ON CERTAIN POSTED BLOCKS PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 3330 THROUGH 3330.4 OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to and upon Sections 3330 through 3330.4 of the Temple City Municipal Code becoming effective, the City Council does hereby designate the following blocks as areas in which bicycles shall be parked only in certain bicycle park- ing racks provided by the City; 1. Kauffman Street, East and West sides, from Las Tunas 110 feet north. 2. Camellia Street, West side, north and south from Las Tunas 110 feet. 3. Temple City Tunas Drive 4. Temple City to Workman. Blvd., East and West sides, Las to Woodruff Ave. Blvd., West side, Las Tunas Drive 5. Primrose, East and West sides, north of Las Tunas 110 feet. 6. Primrose, East and West sides, south of Las Tunas 110 feet. 7. Cloverly, East and West sides, south of Las Tunas 110 feet. SECTION 2. The City Manager is directed to post the blocks or portions of blocks described above in conformity with Sections 3330, 3330.1, 3330.2, 3330.3 and 3330.4 of the Temple City Municipal Code and to obtain the necessary racks for use in said blocks or portions of blocks and pay all costs of the foregoing from the general funds of the City.
