RESOLUTION 63 -326
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT OF FIFTY DOLLARS FOR PURCHASE
OF REVERSIONARY RIGHT TO CERTAIN PARK
PROPERTY USED FOR STREET PURPOSES AT
LIVE OAK PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City does
hereby find that it is necessary for essential street purposes that
the City of Temple City acquire from the County of Los Angeles that
certain portion of Glickman Street now fully developed as a street which
constitutes a part of the subject park property.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to pay to
the County of Los Angeles the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) from the
general funds to acquire said park property for street road purposes
and to accept same for the City subject to such reversion to the County
as may be required in the premises if said property shall not be used
for street purposes by a legal abandonment thereof.
SECTION 3. The City Manager is authorized to execute such
documents and do such things as shall be required to carry out the in-
tent of this resolution.
