CREATING HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES
FOR 75 MARION STREET, 87 EDWIN STREET
AND 309 PERSHING AVENUE
WHEREAS, John S. Weisenhom of 75 Marion Street, Eileen M. Rodriguez of 87 Edwin
Street and Joseph Dyer of 309 Pershing Avenue have requested Handicapped Parking
Spaces; and
WHEREAS, these individuals have met the requirements of the Traffic Safety Bureau
for said parking spaces; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said locations and has no objection to
the approval of said Handicapped Parking Spaces; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that the following Handicapped Parking Spaces shall
be designated:
75 MARION STREET JO}tN S. WISENHORN
87 EDWIN STREET EILEEN M. RODRIGUEZ
309 PERSHING AVE. (Apt. A) JOSEPH DYER
Adopted this 15th day of January, 2004
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on January 16, 2004.
