stormwater catchbasins in this area. MSD will answer to emergency response
situation whereby an existing public stormwater catchbasin is endangering the
health and welfare of the public.
The District will maintain, clean, repair, replace, and improve storm sewer
systems that have been dedicated to MSD, including catch basins as necessary.
This includes routine and reactive cleaning of catchbasins. Improvments and
additions to system are based on funding capabilities within specific funding
districts.
