However when it comes to storm water charges, by living in the "red area," I will be required to pay more a year for storm water, than the people who live in an area that my sewer bill will dramatically increase to fix their sewers. Don't ask me to pay to fix their sewers, if I have to pay more for storm -water service. My storm -water travels about 500 feet to get into a stream that drains into the Meramec River. If MSD wants to have different tiers for storm water service, then they can have different tiers for waste water and pass the cost of building a tunnel under the river Des Peres to the residents of the city of St. Louis, and not to county residents who will get raped on storm water charges compared to them. It's not my fault that they choose to live in an area with combined sewers. Now I'm being priced out of the county because my sewer bill increases more than any other utility 1 have. Thank you, Noah Poeling 1
