The Rate Commission considered the Request at a Special Meeting held on April 17, 2015.
There were no objections to the Request for an extension. As a result, after discussion, the Rate
Commission voted to request the 45-day extension from the Board of Trustees.
In order to ensure that the rate review process proceeds as required by the Charter Plan, and is
conducted in a manner that is reasonable, appropriate and fair to all parties, I request that the
Board of Trustees extend the date for the filing of the Rate Commission Report until August 10,
2015, and consider this Request as soon as possible.
