VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS On Thursday evening, January 9, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Historic Preservation Commission of the Village of Plainfield in the Village Board Room, 24401 W.
Lockport Street, Plainfield, Illinois, for the purpose of hearing and considering testimony regarding
a demolition permit for the property located at 15024 S. Des Plaines Dr. (PIN: 06-03-09-403-037-
0000) legally described as follows:
The South 15.12 Feet Of The East 157.02 Feet Of Lot 15 And The East 157 Feet Of Lot 16, In Assessor’s Subdivision Of Block 4 In Arnold’s Addition To Plainfield, According To The Plat Thereof Recorded August 24,1867, In Book 102, Page 222, As Document No 57290, All In The Southeast Quarter Of Section 9, Township 36 North, Range 9, East Of The Third Principal Meridian, In Will County, Illinois. An accurate map of the subject property is on file with the Village Clerk. All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
