PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Plainfield to consider a variance for a front yard setback encroachment of
approximately three feet on the property known as 25229 W. Zoumar Dr. (PIN 06-03-20-104-003-
0000) in the Springbank Subdivision, in the Village of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois, as legally
described below:

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said hearing will be Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at the Plainfield
Village Hall, 24401 W. Lockport Street, Plainfield, Illinois at 7:00 p.m. at which time and place all
interested parties will have the opportunity to be heard.
