AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Dollars
($943,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of improvements in
Coldwater Creek WWTF Repairs and Improvements (2022) (12552) in the City of Black Jack,
Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 21996 with Donohue &
Associates, Inc. for design of improvements.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Dollars
($943,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design
of improvements in Coldwater Creek WWTF Repairs and Improvements (2022) (12552) in the
City of Black Jack, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 21996
with Donohue & Associates, Inc. for design of improvements in Coldwater Creek WWTF Repairs
and Improvements (2022) (12552) in the City of Black Jack, Missouri; and said contract shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel
of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on January 14, 2021.
