A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AUTHORIZING CANCELING OF BOND COVERING
FORMER CITY TREASURER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, William Woollett, Jr„ is
hereby authorized and directed to do such acts and things as should
be required to cancel the Fidelity Deposit Company of Maryland Bond
No. 7476932 as same shall have been applicable to Walter E. Griesmeyer,
former City Treasurer of the City of Temple City, who resigned effec-
tive as of September 14, 1963.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of November, 1963.
