RESOLUTION NO, 63 -330
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE -
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISHING LIMIT-
ED BICYCLE PARKING ON CERTAIN POSTED
BLOCKS PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 3330. THROUGH
3330.4 OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to and upon Sections 3330 through
3330.4 of the Temple City Municipal Code becomming effective, the City
Council does hereby designate the following blocks in addition to those
designated in Resolution No. 63 -325 as areas in which bicycles shall
be parked only in certaik bicycle parking racks provided by the City:
1. Both sides of Las Tunas Blvd. between Cloverly and
Kauffman Streets.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is directed to post the blocks
ore portions of blocks described above in conformity with Sections 3330,
3330.1, 3330.2, 3330.3 and 3330.4 of the Temple City Municipal Code
and to obtain the necessary racks for use in said blocks or portions
of blocks and pay all costs of the foregoing from the general funds of
the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Temple
City this 9th day of December, 1963,
