AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE INTERLOCAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Board of Health of the Borough of Carteret has determined the
need for Animal Control Services within the Borough limits; and
WHEREAS, the City of Linden has offered said services to the Borough of
I Carteret at a cost of $26,856.00 per year, which will include the picking up of
" dead animals in the Borough of Carteret;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute an Interlocal
Services Agreement with the City of Linden to provide Animal Control Services
to the Borough of Carteret at a cost of $26,856.00 for the year 2004.
Adopted this 15th day of January, 2004 and
certified as a tree copy of the original on
January 16, 2004.
