RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXEMPTION FROM FEE REQUIREMENT
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 186 OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET
WHEREAS, the Carteret First Aid Squad has made application for a Vendor's
License for the purpose of selling Easter Flowers on April 7, 2001, April 8, 2001 and
April 9, 2001 as well as April 12, 2001 through April 14, 2001; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 186-4, Chapter 186 of the Code of the Borough of
Carteret, the Carteret First Aid Squad is exempt from the fee requirements thereof,
provided they comply with all other provisions of Chapter 186.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the Carteret First Aid Squad's request for an exemption from the
Vendor's License Fee hereby approved.
Adopted on the 5th day of April, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 6, 2001.
